The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from simple to complex, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance with military standards.**ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS:Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure for military installationsManage project development from conception through completionCoordinate with military personnel and contractors to deliver projects that meet MIL-CON program requirementsEnsure project feasibility through analysis of technology, resource availability, and government regulationsPrepare, review, and update project reports and documentationSupervise and mentor junior engineers and support staffEDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseMinimum of 7 years experience in civil engineering, with specific experience in MIL-CONFamiliarity with Department of Defense (DoD) design criteria and MIL-CON standardsStrong leadership, project management, and communication skillsAbility to work in diverse environments and adhere to strict security protocols*LOCATION: Honolulu, HI * SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - 120,000 per year depending on experiencePlease apply directly online at: Opportunity Employer/Vets/Disabled 100% Employee Owned
