The Quality Engineer will collaborate with plant operations and customers ensuring all programs, procedures and trainings are in accordance with company policy. You will assist the team toward company goals in quality, root cause, waste reduction and productivity. The company will rely on you for extensive expertise and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Essential Functions:
1. Implement, maintain, and improve quality policies and programs with customer interaction
2. Responsible for the execution and compliance for root cause analysis
3. Rigorous oversight into production and process improvement using GD&T and print reading
4. Maintain close relationships with internal personnel which drive performance and collaboration
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, Associate’s Degree or Equivalent work-related manufacturing experience
2. 2+ years of demonstrated experience implementing quality programs
3. Strong knowledge of quality manufacturing
4. Excellent communication skills
