Lead Azure DevOps Engineer
Location: Tucson, AZ - Local candidates preferred but MST or PST Time Zones required

- Highly skilled and experienced Azure System Administrator with a strong background in Azure cloud technologies, cybersecurity, resource provisioning, and a deep understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) and DevOps principles.
- Experience in managing, optimizing, securing, provisioning, and streamlining the development and deployment pipelines for our Azure-based infrastructure.
- Experience in designing, managing, optimizing, securing, and provisioning Azure-based infrastructure, with a strong focus on security.
- Familiarity with cloud compliance frameworks and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure DevOps) for infrastructure management and provisioning.

Responsibilities:
- Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage complex Azure environments.

- Identity and Access Management: Manage Azure Active Directory and IAM policies.
- Data Protection and Privacy: Implement encryption and data loss prevention (DLP) mechanisms.
- Network Security: Configure and maintain network security groups and firewalls.
- Resource Provisioning: Collaborate with various teams to provision Azure resources based on project requirements.
- CI/CD and DevOps: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based applications.
- Incident Response and Threat Management: Develop and maintain an incident response plan.
- Security Training and Awareness: Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and security policies.
