Creative Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can wear multiple hats-someone who thrives in creative freedom, takes ownership of the design process and brings our brand vision to life. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in everything from concept ideation to production.

Key Responsibilities;

• Concept Development: Generate and pitch innovative design concepts that align with the brand’s identity and vision.
• Vector Design Creation: Develop vector artwork, graphics, and logos for use on clothing, merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Product Customization & Printing: Manage printing tasks, such as operating heat presses, DTG (Direct to Garment) printers, or screen-printing equipment.
• Clothing Assembly: Assemble, modify, or customize clothing items when needed (e.g., adding patches, embroidery).
• Merchandise Production: Ensure finished products meet brand quality standards and are ready for sale.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Work with others on new ideas, product feedback, and ensure designs align with business objectives.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on fashion trends, ensuring our designs remain fresh, relevant, and on-brand.

Qualifications:

• Creative Skills: Exceptional ability to generate new design ideas and bring them to life through sketches and digital concepts.
• Graphic Design Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools for vector design.
• Hands-on Production Skills: Experience with heat presses, DTG printing, or screen-printing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Apparel Construction: Basic sewing skills or experience assembling/customizing clothing items preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure designs and products meet quality standards.
• Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate with other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Etsy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
