Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with business and technical leadership to understand requirements.
2. Play a vital role in the development, design, testing, and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions.
3. Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, product owners, and end users to build a state-of-the-art product.
4. Participate in sprint planning sessions, refinement/story-grooming sessions, daily scrums, demos, and retrospectives.

Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

1. A total of 8-10 years of IT experience required.
2. 5+ years of experience in AEM and AEM Cloud Service development and implementation.
3. Proficient in working with infrastructure setup, configurations, and integrations with internal systems.
4. Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
5. Develop AEM templates and components; implement product as part of application monthly releases.
6. Work with Lead Developers to help mentor junior developers as needed.
7. Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
8. Willingness to learn additional technologies as needed; should be a quick learner.

Desired:

1. Adobe AEM certification is strongly preferred.
2. Healthcare/PBM experience.
