The role ofSoftware Engineer II is to work with the dynamic software development team that works on our exciting Phone and Tablet applications used by our Dealership customers across USA, Canada, Australia, and more across the globe.

The team consists of highly motivated, skilled and talented Engineers who are building these great Phone and Tablet apps with cutting-edge React Native technology with Typescript.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, design, and implement solutions to React Native codebase
- Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bring creative solutions to the table
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or other engineering discipline), and 2+ years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 year's experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years React or React Native development experience for Phones Tablets running on iOS and Android
- Expertise with professional development experience in some or all these technologies: Javascript, Typescript, CSS, React, React Native, Redux state management, React-testing-library, Jest, JSON.
- Phone and Tablet programming experience is a plus (Android, iOS)
- Proficient in debugging, root cause analysis, and triaging defects
- Working experience in Agile methodology with all agile ceremonies
- Ability to communicate ideas, alternatives, and solutions.
- Some professional experience in AWS environment.
- Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD, GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring app in production and troubleshooting using Splunk and New Relic.
- Strong communication skills, self-direction, and solid problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative platform solutions.
USD 85,500.00 - 128,300.00 per year
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
