BS in Computer Science or scientific field (engineering, physics), or equivalent experience. Recent graduates are acceptable.

The candidates for this position should be able to perform the following duties:

1. Add new features to existing web applications;
2. Troubleshoot existing applications;
3. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

1. Experience with any of:
2. XML and XSLT;
3. AJAX;
4. Standards-based Web development;
5. Databases and/or SQL;
6. Enterprise Java, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, or Lisp;
7. Any Web application framework;
8. Accessibility (section 508 and/or WCAG);
9. Understanding of usability techniques and concepts;
10. Flexibility and ability to learn and use new technologies;
