Job Description
An employer is looking for a junior Civil Engineer onsite in the Tucson or Phoenix, AZ area on a solid waste infrastructure team. The civil engineer will start focusing in design, which will then have the option to morph into different focuses like technical writing, field work, more client facing work etc. They will prepare site layout plans, grading plans, engineering cost estimates, and technical specifications. They will meet with clients during the design process, do some field construction administration/ inspections, and create/ manage 3D surfaces to produce design drawings for heavy civil infrastructure including mass and detailed grading, drainage, roads, tanks, pipelines, concrete structures using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Salary: $65-85k depending on experience
