This long-standing manufacturing company are known for taking care of and continually developing their staff, allowing plenty of opportunities to progress. They operate globally and due to their continued success, they are now looking for a Process Engineer for their site in Nacogdoches, Texas.
You will be working on key projects from cradle to grave, with the support of a small, close-knit team.
This role would suit an Engineer from a manufacturing / mechanical / reliability / process engineering related background, looking to play a key role within a growing organization with fantastic career opportunities.
The Role:
- Continuous process improvements for a range of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Process optimization and cost reduction
- Reducing waste and scrap, and reducing cycle times
- Reliability optimization, working with the reliability team
- Based onsite in Nacogdoches, Texas (relocation support is provided)
The Person:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical etc.)
- Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization
- Any of the following backgrounds would be desired: Heavy Manufacturing, Industrial, Steel, Paper, Oil, Plant, Metal
