Swoon is actively seeking a Crystal Report Developer/IT Business Manager to join the team!
US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder are required – (Sponsorship and C2C is NOT available at this time or in the future)
What your day-to-day look like?
- Data analysis and reporting in Crystal reports and Epicor Business Analyzer
- Troubleshoot issues with our ERP system – Prophet21
- Maintain system configurations and ensure data integrity
- Provide technical assistance to users including troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Communication technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manager

What’s Required?
- 3+ years of RECENT experience in Crystal reporting
- 5+ years of experience in SQL
- Preferred to have experience in Electronic Data Interchange and Epicor/Prophet21
What else should you know?
Direct-Hire / Full-Time Role – NO Contract
Location – New Lenox, IL
On-Site Role – 5 days a week – Monday – Friday
