Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a diverse team through all project phases, from concept to final design, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Qualifications:
-Professional Engineering license in MD (other Mid-Atlantic states is a plus).
-Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
-Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with construction documents and bidding.
-At least 5 years in project management overseeing complex projects.
-Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
-Expertise in roadway grading, drainage design, and public space design.
-Experience with transportation and local agency permit processes.
-Interest in multimodal and active transportation design.
-Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CADD) and project management strategies.
