Staff Civil EngineerJob DescriptionOne of our top clients in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Civil Engineer eager to learn more about land development and project management.Job Responsibilities:The position will primarily support staff and project-level engineers in all aspects of projects including conceptual/planning, preliminary design, detailed design, construction documentation, permitting documents, and engineering tasks. Responsibilities include:• Review of local municipal ordinances.• Design of sites including site layout, site grading, and site utilities.• Assist the design team in preparation of plans for permitting and construction.• Preparation of permit applications.• Preparation of engineering reports, presenting technical information to demonstrate compliance with client requirements and/or regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering1-5 years of industry experienceProficiency with Microsoft SuiteProficiency with AutoCAD (preferably Civil 3D)Civil 3D/Land Development hands-on experienceAbout ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
