Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer with a strong background in building scalable and efficient SaaS software systems to join our highly skilled engineering team. This role is essential for driving the development of our frontend infrastructure, critical for supporting our innovative AI-driven healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities
- You will own the front-end development for one or more of our products and collaborate with visual/interaction designers and product managers to launch new products, iterate on existing features, and build a world-class user experience.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex frontend systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all operations within a healthcare environment.
- Mentor junior developers, lead frontend development teams, and contribute to strategic planning to improve frontend systems and practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of experience in frontend development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing high-availability frontend SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of system design principles.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with open web technologies (HTML5/CSS/JS) to build pixel-perfect high-performance user interfaces.
- Agile development methodology and DevOps process.
- Strong experience with Angular, PrimeNG, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Azure tech stack and APM services.
- Demonstrated ability to design front-end systems and lead a team of remote developers.
- Desirable to have experience with Python, MongoDB, and Kafka.
- Desirable to have worked within the healthcare arena.
