Scrum Master Developer

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
2. At least 2-3 years of Scrum Master experience
3. Expertise in Jira, SP & Wiki, MS Office
4. CSM Certified is a must
5. Technical background preferred (worked as Business Analyst/Engineer)

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a PgM & Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams working on multiple projects and perform effectively all the Scrum ceremonies
2. Provide business process and technical expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues
3. Comfortable working & producing reports for leadership level on day-to-day task activities
4. Ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections, self-drive, and a bias for action
5. Ability to communicate complex ideas, often at senior levels, to persuade to adopt a different point of view as needed
6. Create project plans which include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management
7. Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for Scrum/program meetings
8. Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
9. Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by the team
10. Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders
11. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
12. Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
13. Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
14. Creative and proactive problem solver
15. Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments
16. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
17. Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills
18. Motivated to work both independently and in a team setting
