Want to work for a growing company that is committed to helping improve patient care and patients' lives, then this could be the opportunity for you!Day-to-Day Duties May Include:Planning, strategizing and executing projects for new product development and sustaining initiatives.Following all FDA regulations, ISO standards, customer requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as defined by company policies and procedures.Working with customers to create quotes for new manufacturing and development business opportunities.Conducting qualification and validation activities for process design and development, design of devices, and research of concepts.Working closely with the operations team to complete new product launches.Authoring and executing change orders, engineering project plans, and development plans.Communicating project status updates at regularly scheduled management team meetings and customer drumbeats.Designing and building or facilitating the purchase of manufacturing equipment, both automated and manual, for the purpose of assembly, packaging, quality assurance, testing or facility improvement.Identifying opportunities for cost, lead time, inventory, and defect reduction.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Experience in manufacturing engineering and leading or managing small to medium sized projects required.Medical device industry experience or experience within a highly regulated environment required.CNC experience preferred.Plastics experience preferred.Computer skills: CAD, project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and statistical analysis.NO C2C CANDIDATESInterested Candidates please apply on our website at more information about our services and great opportunities at JBL Resources, please visit our website: .JBL Resources is proud to have earned the reputation of being a premier provider of top talent professionals in the fields of engineering, human resources, logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
