Who are we looking for?

The Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of System Engineers. They will provide support for server infrastructure in our corporate offices and Azure. This position will work closely with the Helpdesk manager and facilitate escalations of end user issues. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to resolve problems. This position will be visible throughout the organization as one of the points of contact for support issues and should have the ability and desire to have a positive impact on the IT department and organization.

You may be hired as a Sr. Manager or Director based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.

What will you do?

  1. Lead team responsible for Corporate Enterprise infrastructure.
  2. Infrastructure migration to Azure cloud:
    1. Retiring legacy on-prem services (Exchange).
    2. Lift and shift windows servers to Azure VMs or PaaS/SaaS model.
  3. Modernizing a multi domain AD forest. Implement new security guidelines to manage distributed AD domains and users.
  4. Monitoring and patch management.
  5. Handle issues escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
  6. Provide support on MS365 & Azure resources (Exchange, Entra, Intune).
  7. Participate in security hardening and auditing reports.
  8. Participate in On-Call rotations.
  9. Train and mentor Windows System Engineers.
  10. Other duties may be assigned.

What education and experience do you need?

  1. 10+ Years support supporting Microsoft Enterprise environments (Active Directory & Exchange).
  2. 5+ years supporting MS365 applications.
  3. 5+ years of managing a team of System administrators/engineers.
  4. Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM.
  5. Experience with ticketing systems, assigning, and triaging cases.
  6. Strong technical ability and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Able to effectively communicate to employees in all levels of the organization.
  8. Able to efficiently prioritize support incidents and respond promptly, competently, and patiently.
  9. Able to regularly lift 50 pounds.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $135,000.00-$155,000.00, annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate; actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
