Lead Software Engineer (Backend)

$170-200k + package

My growing technology client is looking for a skilled Backed Software Engineer, experienced with Golang, Python or Rust, located in Boston!

Responsibilities:

• Lead backend architecture (Go, Python, Rust) and maintain our codebase.
• Collaborate with product designers to enhance our design system
• Manage the product roadmap and engineering efforts post-launch.
• Partner with founders to identify high-impact engineering projects that drive revenue.
• Collaborate with external researchers, design partners, and early customers.
• Contribute to building and scaling our engineering and product teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading Backend Engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Go, Python or Rust, and AWS Cloud.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud architecture (AWS).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with external researchers, design partners, and early customers.
