Job Title: .NET Engineer Lead

The Engineering Lead position plays a key role in the development of AIM’s platform. This platform powers our specialty care management solutions which support both our health plan partners and the members they cover. We are looking for a new member for our platform development team who will be, along with the team, responsible for all improvements and maintenance of our platform components throughout all phases of our development lifecycle. As developers grow in this role, opportunities exist to grow into team lead or architecture roles.

This is a senior level position and requires collaborating with IT and Business stakeholders at senior leadership level as well.

Direct reports – 5-10 developers

Mentor and peer of developer, QA and release managers

Experience: 12+ years

1. BA/BS degree or technical institute training.
2. Proven experience (7+ years) in full stack development with a focus on .NET technologies.
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience with JAVA; expertise with Springboot/Springcloud; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
4. 2 or more years’ experience as an Appian developer required or experience with other low-code application platforms or web development which would provide an equivalent level of experience.

1. In-depth knowledge and experience in software development principles, design patterns, Dependency Injection concepts, .Net Core, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, HTTP, REST API, C#, Jquery, Angular, Node.Js, Web API, Entity Framework or nHibernate and/or related technologies.
2. Conceptual understanding of web stack/ETL components, Cloud services with AD, and key vaults, build and deployments in AWS using Jenkins CI/CD tools or equivalent, Urban deploy, Jira, OpenShift and Kubernetes.
3. Experience with Kibana logs, dashboards, visualization is desired.
4. Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Messaging patterns.
5. Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, Mongo DB, Elastic Search).
6. Experience in leading multiple small projects and providing troubleshooting support.
