What Will You Do?
- Forensic Investigation & Analysis: You’ll be investigating the causes of failure in residential, commercial, and industrial properties, from structural damage to construction mishaps.
- Site Investigations: You’ll conduct on-site assessments, climbing roofs (yes, really!) and inspecting all aspects of a property.
- Write & Report: Put your excellent writing skills to work! You’ll document your findings, explain the extent of the loss, and provide recommendations for fixing the issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to climb roofs and safely lift up to 50 pounds (we like engineers with a little bit of adventure!).
- Travel-ready: You’ll need a reliable vehicle and driver’s license as you'll be hitting the road to job sites. Don’t worry—travel expenses are fully reimbursed.
- Communication Master: You’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills because we want your reports to shine!
- Licensed Engineer: We need you to have a Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of Florida and be in good standing.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel on short notice—we like to keep things exciting!
