Position Overview
We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer who can work with Product Management and Engineering to primarily provide support to our ATM / Kiosk business. You will be an evangelist on the importance of cloud native, high performant solutions in everything that we build and deploy. This includes finding creative solutions to the operational needs of the kiosk business (e.g., ensure reliability of cloud infrastructure, support customer transactions, implement SMS/Email communication mechanisms). In your role, you will work closely together with other engineers, developers, QA and other business stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Graduate degree in one these fields is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in supporting and developing cloud solutions.
- Working experience with AWS is required (AWS network, compute, storage, and security products).
- Experience with implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Able to deliver well-engineered solutions on schedule.
- Working with business and engineering partners to deploy new infrastructure for private cloud platform.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure infrastructure reliability can be ensured.
- Monitor the availability, latency, and overall system health. On-call incident and change management.
- Participating in on-call rotations (Open to overnight).
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with strong written and oral skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with telecom solutions for SMS delivery is a plus.
- Experience with Zero Trust infrastructure.
- Experience with ATM / Kiosk infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
- General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto.
