CNC Programmer

Role Description

• Efficiently operate CNC milling machines in a fast-paced manufacturing shop environment to meet the customer needs.
• Completion of documentation (job travelers, operator check sheets, inspection reports, etc.). ensure proper inspection of first piece and in-processes inspection are performed and made adjustments as required.
• Assist other employees when needed to achieve company manufacturing goals.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision but know when to ask for assistance.
• Good communication skills and working as a team are a must.

• Technical Drawing and CNC Programming skills
• Machining and Milling experience
• Proficiency in Mastercam Programming 3+ years
• Must be able to read and understand prints
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• 3 years' experience in an operator/setup position with CNC Vertical 3-Axis milling centers
