This role involves designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for the design and management of equipment automation, system integration, and optimizing industrial operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop control systems and software for complex automation and machine control systems.
2. PLC and HMI programming to optimize automation processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and achieve operational efficiency.
4. Use AutoCAD Electrical to design and draft electrical control systems.
5. Develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and implement corrective measures.
7. Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the engineering industry.
3. Proficient in PLC programming, HMI systems, and AutoCAD Electrical.
4. Extensive knowledge of automation and systems integration.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
7. Robotics experience is a plus
8. Ability to travel 5-10% (Domestic & International)
