Salesforce Developer Role

1. BS/BA in related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Mgmt preferred)
2. Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
3. Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience with Salesforce.com products and Force.com platform
4. Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification with multiple Salesforce implementations / staff positions in the Salesforce Administrator role
5. Demonstrated experience managing users, data, and security in a Salesforce org with 1,000+ users
6. Demonstrated experience with configuring Sales Cloud or Service Cloud features
7. Demonstrated experience designing advanced Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views and business process automation
8. Proven experience managing system changes without interruption to the user
9. Salesforce-certified Service or Sales Consultant
10. Experience with Agile development methodologies
11. Demonstrates some understanding of VisualForce, HTML, Javascript and CSS
12. Demonstrated experience with set-up or configuration of Salesforce Knowledge
13. Demonstrated experience maintaining, enhancing and creating workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment
14. Experience managing new releases of Salesforce.com and efficiently implementing new features
