Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery: Produce performant, testable, and well thought-out software for our production environment.
2. Architecture: Add your experience and feedback as the team iterates through designing scalable solutions.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and QA, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
4. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold high coding standards.
5. Testing: Implement and maintain robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of the content authoring tool. Utilize automated testing frameworks where appropriate.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose and implement improvements to the development process, tools, and practices.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the content authoring tool, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development using .NET, SQL Server, and Javascript frameworks such as React.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.). Solid understanding of .NET framework and C#. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with database technologies (MSSQL, MySQL, Redis).
4. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members. High sense of urgency with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
2. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
