We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace for six years running by the Baltimore Sun Media Group.Currently, we are seeking aEntra ID/Active Directory Engineer (TS/SCI w/ Polygraph)to join our Team!TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION.Shift:Day shift, Monday-FridayMust Have:Experience with identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutionsExpertise in designing, implementing, and managing Entra ID and Active Directory services in both on-premises and cloud environmentsProficiency in scripting languages (eg, PowerShell) for automation and configuration management tasksProven experience as an Entra ID Engineer, Active Directory Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on cloud migration and Azure integrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms, including identity management, authentication mechanisms, and security controlsPrimary Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the migration of Entra ID and Active Directory services to Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms.Develop and implement strategies, processes, and procedures for the effective migration of Entra ID and Active Directory to the cloud.Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current on-premises environments, identify migration requirements, and establish migration timelines.Ensure the readiness and compatibility of on-premises systems for cloud integration and migration.Design and implement security measures, policies, and controls to safeguard Entra ID and Active Directory services in the cloud environment.Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and reliability of Entra ID and Active Directory services in the cloud.Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Entra ID and Active Directory services.Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate IT teams and end-users on new cloud-based Entra ID and Active Directory functionalities.Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Entra ID, Active Directory, M365, and Azure technologies.Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to support migration and ongoing operations.Education & Experience:Bachelors degree & 20 years' experienceNo degree & 25 years' experienceIAT Level 2 Certified (Security+)Clearance Requirements:TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATIONBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (vested immediately), FSA, LTD/ STD, Paternal Leave, PTO, Federal Holidays to include Birthday, a 2-week Sabbatical, and Emergency Facility Closure Days.COMSO, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
