Job Summary:
An Engineering Technician for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Fremont, CA area. This role provides technical support, develops procedures, conducts root cause analysis, and prepares reports, following established guidelines.
Location: Fremont, California
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25 - 30 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 4pm
Education: High School
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to engineers and scientists on various technical tasks.
- Develop and recommend procedures and methods.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Perform technical evaluations of events to determine root causes.
- Recommend corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
- Work within the Technical Specialty/Skilled Trade Function, either as a generalist or across multiple disciplines.
- Follow clearly defined procedures and tasks, with established guidelines to aid decision-making.
Experience:
- Requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in the discipline.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
