Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain advanced Python applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and future-proof architecture.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices (PEP8) and design patterns.
Understand and implement complex concepts such as Metaclasses and Python’s module/package structure to create modular and maintainable codebases.
Design and implement robust exception handling mechanisms to ensure application stability and reliability.
Work with the Django web framework to build and deploy secure, scalable web applications.
Manage application dependencies and environments using PIP and virtual environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to optimize functionality and resolve issues.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and promote a culture of code quality and excellence.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Python ecosystem and continuously improve skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of advanced projects.
Proficient understanding of advanced Python concepts such as Metaclasses, Modules vs. Packages, and the GIL.
Expertise in web development using the Django framework.
Knowledge of PEP8 coding standards and best practices.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and experience with object copying scenarios.
Familiarity with Python’s package management system (PIP) and virtual environments.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other web frameworks and technologies.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.).
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
