About the Role
Job Title: Automation Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, and C#.
- Experience with automation tools, particularly UiPath.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Familiarity with Test and Defect Management Tools such as TFS and JIRA.
- Understanding of DevOps from a testing perspective.
- Ability to analyze requirements and define test strategies, scenarios, and data.
- Skilled in creating and executing automated test scripts.
- Expertise in defect tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in all phases of software testing, including automation testing, web, and database testing with SQL.
- Proven track record of executing test cases and preparing test data.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute automated test scripts using UiPath.
- Experience in regression testing and reporting.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders and management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with web testing and UI automation from upstream data creation.
- Good understanding of BFS (Banking and Financial Services) business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and E2E (End-to-End) testing.
- Flexibility to work in functional testing.
- Ability to produce suggestion documents for application quality improvement.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
