We're searching for an Electrical Engineer to be a valued member of our technical staff. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design of new electronic products up to full production. This includes specification reviews, development program timelines and reports, design reviews, simple mechanical designs, documentation packages, preproduction builds and transfers to production. The EE will also be responsible for technical support of some mature electronic products currently in production.

- Assist in the review and approval of contractor plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structures, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, and milestone descriptions.
- Coordinate and perform field management assessments and audits/surveillance.
- Provide technical direction, serve as a point of contact or business liaison, prepares briefings for senior management, and assist in problem resolution specific to the program/project.
- Design and test electronic products.
- Write manufacture and test procedures and reports. Participate in project teams and all activities related to the development of new products.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals.

Required Education and Experience
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or physics.
- Minimum of two years of experience in electrical design with electronic circuit technology assembly processes (analog, digital and/or high voltage design).
- Experience in design, repair, and analysis of electronic systems. Must have exposure to electrical engineering design principles and methodologies.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Knowledge of CAD software (ProE or AutoCAD preferred).
