Summary: JH Kelly is a leading provider of electrical maintenance solutions for commercial and industrial owners, with a strong focus on quality of service and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated Electrical Maintenance Sales Representative with a background in electrical construction and an aptitude for selling, who has a passion for building relationships and driving business growth in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new clients in need of electrical maintenance services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessments of clients' electrical systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop maintenance proposals and service agreements.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Relationships:

• Maintain proactive and positive relationships with customers and the JH Kelly team.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success in the electrical industry, with 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Necessary Skills:

• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Compensation: $35-$50 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (OT eligible).
• Annual Performance Bonuses.
