Automation Engineer

Client is seeking automations engineers for their 3 locations throughout Pennsylvania which include Latrobe, Export, and Greensburg. These are on-site positions and the candidates will be hands on spending a lot of time on the production floor.

Requirements:

• Experience with automation and robots in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) e.g., Allen Bradley.
• Experience with troubleshooting secondary equipment, robots, etc
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and be mechanically-inclined.
• Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Must have the ability to regularly lift 75 pounds.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Fast-paced environment.
• Background in Mechatronics and Automation

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
