What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Tackle a wide variety of technical problems throughout the stack and contribute to all parts of the product code base
2. Build a simple, beautiful, and intuitive product that customers genuinely love
3. Collaborate closely with the Founder to understand customer pain points, propose solutions, and launch daily improvements
4. Architect, test, and refine the product suite
5. Work with a small team of 3 engineers to touch any part of the tech stack

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience with full-stack engineering
2. Comfortable working with RoR, Python, or similar languages for back-end development
3. Solid experience with JavaScript, preferably with Ember
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, get-stuff-done attitude
5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
7. Passion for creating memorable and delightful customer experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with AWS or similar cloud services
