Contributions
As an RPA Associate Developer, you will work with our subject matter experts to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the UiPath platform. Develop, test, document and maintain process automated solutions and integrations of an RPA implementation using UiPath. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. You will work to automate complex workflows across disparate applications each with their own teams and stakeholders. You will partner with product managers and own the development aspects of the engagement.
We need someone who is passionate about RPA to:
- Mapping the as-is process and translating the process into automated steps
- Working with stakeholders to define the manual rules used today to govern the process and then translating those rules into automated commands
- Configuring, testing, and deploying the automation with integration to internal and external databases
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the bots to report on impact of the solution
- Develop RPA client solutions focusing on scalability and extensibility
- Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute project plans for implementation projects.
- Work with the RPA Architect and Operations team to execute deployment plans
- Have exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team
- Working with a dynamic team to refine and expand the automation based upon user feedback
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to hold a position of public trust with the US government.
- 2-4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with UiPath developing and working with attended and unattended bots, orchestrator, and other UiPath components in an enterprise environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Information Technology field
- Expertise with multiple full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design, and implementation.
- UiPath Developer certification, desired; related or equivalent certifications acceptable
- Work with a cross functional team to tackle complex challenges
- Help maintain quality and organization of platform code and data
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Desired:
- Breadth of experience in software design/development and database architecture
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines
- In addition to UiPath, experience with other leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere and or Blue Prism
