UX/UI Designer

About This Role

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified UX/UI Designer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on tools that will impact numerous products. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating high fidelity wireframes, developing prototypes, and using Figma to create designs for usability testing and transform them into high fidelity prototypes. This position is essential for integrating design concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring readiness for user testing and future scalability.

In This Role You Will

1. Elevate design concepts to high-fidelity interfaces using the Fluent UI design system in Figma
2. Create and manage a reusable component library in Figma for design consistency
3. Align design efforts with project requirements for user-centric solutions.
4. Build Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating interaction design
5. Update designs responsively based on feedback from UX test sessions and team reviews

The Ideal Candidate

1. 6 years of experience with Figma, with usage within the last year
2. 6 years of experience with Design Library Components
3. 4 years of experience creating prototypes in Figma
4. Advanced Figma skills with experience in complex component construction
5. Solid foundation in UX/UI design for intuitive and visually appealing design creation
6. Proven ability to create responsive, accessible designs across web and mobile
