• To bridge the gap between research and production by deploying state-of-the-art AI solutions, including LLMs, VLMs, and transformer models.
• To optimize and fine-tune AI models for real-world performance, particularly in control and motion planning.

What Kind of Person are We looking for

• Strong background in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deploying LLMs, VLMs, RL, and IL models into production.
• Ability to implement recent state of the art papers and work.
• Experience with model optimization, scaling, and fine-tuning for robotics applications.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX and Nvidia tools.
• Understanding of Perception, robotics, control systems, motion planning, or related fields .
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where rapid iteration is key.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields.

The annual compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $1,000,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
