Your tasks

You transform ideas into technical solutions, focusing on IT product management and system integration to make our banking even more attractive. As Chapter Lead of your team, you are also a coach & captain. In concrete terms, this means that you motivate, inspire, know and recognize personal qualities and potential, use them in a targeted manner and form your team into a unit that pulls together with heart & hand.

You combine operational involvement with administrative skills and plan, for example, the deployment of personnel according to qualifications and expertise - qualities that you constantly promote with suitable initiatives. You further develop our business processes, take on requirements management, analyze and model across processes and turn user stories into technical success stories.

In all of this, you remain closely interlinked and networked with product owners and specialist colleagues, have governance & regulations on your radar, accompany internal IT tests and are the right address in third-level support for the really tricky requests.

Your profile

1. Degree in (business) informatics, business administration or an equivalent qualification
2. Professional experience in the banking / financial services sector and experience in managing and developing employees
3. Expertise in core banking applications and service management as well as know-how of ITIL processes
4. Project experience (classic / agile) and enjoy working in a change environment
5. First experience in a leadership role and a desire for more
6. Knowledge of relational databases and experience in application development
7. Structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working, adaptability as well as communication and persuasion skills
8. High willingness to learn and develop as well as openness to new technologies
9. Very good written and spoken English skills
