Visualforce and Lightning Components: Experience in creating custom user interfaces using Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce APIs: Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) for integrations with external systems.
Configuration and Customization: Skills in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
Object-Oriented Programming: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly for working with Lightning Web Components.
SOQL and SOSL: Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for database operations.
Testing and Debugging: Skills in writing and executing test classes, and debugging Apex code.
Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Salesforce Development Tools: Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and Salesforce DX.
