Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

1. 5 plus years of server-side development experience with a primary focus on functional entitlements, data entitlements, and provisioning.
2. Experience in building and delivering frameworks, libraries, and services to support multiple projects.
3. 5 plus years of Java experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Java and ExtJS technology.
4. Creativity, problem-solving, passion for entitlements, and attention to detail are critical.
5. Great interpersonal skills and strong partner/relationship management experience.
6. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Understanding of agile development, object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability, and concurrent programming.
8. Experience with J2EE, Hibernate, and Spring.
9. Development of database schemas and experience with Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server databases.
10. Knowledge of programs like Cognos, PeopleSoft, and Business Objects is a plus.
11. Experience with web services is an added advantage.
