HTC Global Services, Inc. has an opening for the position of Jr. Developer (Ref# JD96SE).Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.Job Duties: Under direct supervision, develop and integrate IT solutions by using appropriate development methodologies and standards for predictive analytics, statistical modelling, data analytics, machine learning, and NLP (natural language processing). Identify the client requirements by detailed discussions / meetings with client, functional users, functional/technical consultants, and product owners to collect requirement specifications, metrics, and key performance indicators. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested change is possible within existing system. Analyze business problems in the existing system by collaborating with end users. Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate the modeling pipeline that meets the client requirements. Develop in-detail technical specifications for machine learning based application to be performed by development team. Review the technical design specifications and code new or modify existing programs as per the design requirements. Review all data sources and extract the metadata from provided sources. Visualize the data for detecting anomalies and data gaps. Pre-process/clean all the data. Perform exploratory data analysis to derive the business hypothesis and communicate the data results. Responsible for applying different data sampling techniques. Perform data model selection based on the business requirement including classification, regression, clustering, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines. Perform data model validation by different metrics. Conduct data model tuning by performing trial and error of all the tuning parameters of the model and performing grid search to obtain best parameters. Perform the iterative process of model building, model validation, and model tuning. Responsible for validating the model performance with the test data provided and deploy the best model in the production. Develop the dashboard in Power BI for quick insights of results. Inspect test results for accuracy and completeness. Ensure the desired quality standards and the system functionality are being met. Use of Python, PySpark, SQL, Hadoop, Power BI, Amazon SageMaker, AWS, and MySQL.Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Scientist, or related experience.
