Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sr. Back End Software Engineer. As a Back End Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with our client's development team to ensure that all applications are high-performing, scalable, and secure.
Our client's Technologies focus on Software & System Engineering in Enterprise and Cyber Security solution spaces. Our client excels at delivering stable and reliable software solutions using Agile Software Development principles.
Nice to Have's:
- Design, develop, and maintain the server-side components of our web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards
- Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure that all applications meet security and data protection requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web development and incorporate them into our applications
Must Have's:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in back-end web development
- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language such as Python, Java, or Ruby
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of web server technologies such as Apache and Nginx
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Active TS/SCI-FSP

Salary: $130,000-165,000
