Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with wells team, production, and reservoir engineering teams
  2. Manage, interpret, and integrate data related to performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of well performance and reservoir management
  3. Write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for review
  4. Compliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approve
  5. Database management using SharePoint and other Document Control Databases

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  1. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Petroleum engineering with a minimum GPA and above
  2. 3-6 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas E&P industry
  3. Prior experience leading a team of Reservoir Engineers/ Petroleum Engineers
  4. Strong analytical skills to evaluate critical operating parameters through data and trend analysis
  5. Experience on AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) is a must
  6. Experience in reservoir surveillance, analysis, wells testing, and report writing
