Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with wells team, production, and reservoir engineering teams
- Manage, interpret, and integrate data related to performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of well performance and reservoir management
- Write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for review
- Compliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approve
- Database management using SharePoint and other Document Control Databases
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Petroleum engineering with a minimum GPA and above
- 3-6 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas E&P industry
- Prior experience leading a team of Reservoir Engineers/ Petroleum Engineers
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate critical operating parameters through data and trend analysis
- Experience on AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) is a must
- Experience in reservoir surveillance, analysis, wells testing, and report writing
