Senior Informatica ETL Developer ( offshore team lead )

Senior Informatica ETL Developer (Offshore Team Lead):

1. Lead junior offshore Informatica developers.
2. Coordinate with offshore Informatica developers to ensure completion of Agile stories.
3. Coordinate requirements gathering and testing with multiple teams across the organization.
4. Perform hands-on Informatica development work.
5. Attend and participate in DevOps ceremonies.

Required Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of US experience (your experience shall be working for major well-known companies in the USA and abroad).
2. Experience with Informatica ETL, Oracle, and PL/SQL.
3. Experience with mainframe integration.
4. Ability to lead and mentor junior offshore developers, with previous experience in similar lead roles.

The job is on-site with a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of, in the order of manager’s preference: (1) Columbus OH (2) Pittsburgh PA (3) Philadelphia PA (4) Dallas TX.
