Northwest Partners is seeking a UX Designer experienced in accessibility design to join a dynamic web accessibility assessment and remediation initiatives.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.

What YOU will do as a successful UX Designer:

  1. Facilitate comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather insights on user interaction with our products.
  2. Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to foster intuitive user experiences.
  3. Innovate and design wireframes, user narratives, pathways, and mockups, ensuring optimal functionality across diverse devices and interfaces.
  4. Strategically enhance user experience by making informed decisions about core functionalities and emerging features.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to advance project goals.
  6. Champion the client’s vision by crafting, testing, and refining digital experiences.
  7. Execute user interface testing, including calls-to-action, banners, layout configurations, design aesthetics, navigational flows, and landing page link targets.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to refine user experiences and communicate performance metrics.
  9. Ensure UX design complies with ADA accessibility guidelines.

Minimum Qualification For Consideration:

  1. At least 5 years of related professional experience using standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, XD, Axure, UXPin, InVision.
  2. Experience in designing responsive consumer-facing applications.
  3. Professional certification in UI accessibility design is a plus.
  4. A minimum of 3 years of experience in phased UX modernization of products.
  5. Practical knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
  6. Proficiency in generating interaction design materials like concept diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes (both low and high fidelity).
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
