Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the avionics hardware development lifecycle for space applications.
• Ensure timely delivery of hardware through rapid iteration and testing cycles.
• Mentor and guide the Avionics engineering team, driving ownership and quality throughout the process.
• Design systems that meet ambitious mission goals, unlocking new space capabilities.
• Work closely with other teams to align vehicle designs with customer requirements.
• Develop and lead test plans, executing test campaigns and mitigating mission risks.
• Conduct key design reviews to ensure readiness for launch and flight.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in designing complex electrical or control systems for harsh environments (spacecraft, drones, autonomous systems).
• Proven flexibility and problem-solving skills to address evolving project needs.
• Strong record of delivering high-quality, innovative engineering solutions.
• Experience incorporating analytical feedback into design iterations.
