Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience working as a React Developer, with a strong focus on front-end development.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a technical leadership role is preferred.
- Expertise in React, JavaScript, JSX, HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js, React Router).
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of developers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound technical decisions, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and building mobile-responsive applications.
- Solid understanding of web application development principles, design patterns (e.g., component-based architecture), and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
