Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. For this internship, you must be onsite at either the Maryland Distribution Center in Belcamp, MD or onsite at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS.
The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.
Program Details:

2025 Program Dates:
  • June 2 - August 15, 2025
  • Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday - Friday, PST
  • June 16 - 19: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office
  • June 30 - July 4: Week off for vacation
Your role at Sephora:
As the Intern, Engineer, Logistics Support, you will work closely with a team of high-performance WMS Engineers who support our US Distribution Center's systems and applications. You will utilize your technical and analytical skillset to deliver complex reporting and/or dashboards to aid our WMS team in identifying issue trends and prioritize bug fixes. Bring your experience, perspectives, and out-of-the-box thinking to our team as we partner together to aid in your career growth and continue our team's success. For this internship, you must be onsite at either the Maryland Distribution Center in Belcamp, MD or onsite at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS.
What you will accomplish:
  • Gain a detailed overview of DC systems and operational processes
  • Create detailed reporting of WMS incidents from previous years up until present time, and identify trends and opportunities for bug fixes
  • Build reporting to obtain systems health checks across systems (Integration and backlog issues)
  • Establish updated Jira list for WMS Production Engineering team
  • Gain a detailed overview of DC systems technology stacks (programming languages, database platforms, and integration)

We're excited about you if you have:
  • Currently working on the completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering Major Currently a junior, senior or grad student
  • Knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL programming
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JAVA, PYTHON, C++ or C is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Visio and Word
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills and ability to document requirements with keen attention to details
  • Ability to speak in front of teams that include both business and IT partners
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Graduating in 2025 or 2026 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
  • Work schedule, approximately 8am - 5pm PST
  • Must be stationed at a distribution center in either Las Vegas, NV or Olive Branch, MS or Belcamp, MD
  • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
  • Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA
The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
