Full Stack Developer Sr. (Top Secret)

Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer Sr. to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance and demonstrate expertise in major tech stacks such as Java, C++, or Python. The candidate should have extensive experience in backend development against SQL or NoSQL database stores and familiarity with Angular or other modern front-end technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Java, C++, or Python.
• Develop and optimize backend systems interfacing with SQL or NoSQL database stores.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of active and progressively more complex development experience
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js .
• Solid understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
