Senior UX Researcher
Overview:
The Sr. UX Researcher will join the Digital Technology Experience Design team. The UX Researcher will be responsible for planning, leading and executing research to understand the context & needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation.
They will need to work collaboratively inside a cross-functional team of designers, effectively integrating research findings into the product definition and design phases. They will communicate research findings through artifacts such as presentations, charts, and visuals.
Top Skills:

• 5+ years' experience as a UX Researcher - Lleading & conducting qualitative & quantitative research on both web-based and mobile applications
• 5+ years experience conducting UX research through user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, benchmarking, etc.
• Must have experience in UserTesting, Qualtrics, and Optimal/Workshop to conduct research
• Experience with Figma to collaborate with designers when preparing to conduct research to walk-through prototypes and designs
• *MUST HAVE PORTFOLIO WITH SAMPLES*
