  • Perform quality checks on data entries to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Handle data cleansing and verification tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data trends to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant coursework in data management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including a solid understanding of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy to input data efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and familiarity with data visualization tools is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in a data entry role or similar position is preferred but not required.
