DevOps Engineer

Kavaliro is seeking a Mid to Senior level DevOps Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leverage Amazon Web Services to build scalable data infrastructure
2. Automate deployments and system tasks across multiple environments
3. Work with technologies such as Elasticsearch, Spark, and the Hadoop ecosystem
4. Design and build data services for consumption by clients and other services

Required skills for the role:

1. AWS Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, RDS, S3, AppSync, Cloud Front, Route53)

5. Bash Scripting

Preferred skills for the role:

1. Python
2. AWS Solutions Architect or Developer Certification

Clearance Requirement:

1. TS/SCI with an active Full Scope Polygraph
